The Linyanti is part of a huge ecosystem that supports an abundance of wildlife. Elephants, buffalo, red lechwe, zebra, giraffe and hippo are common, and lions, leopards, cheetah and wild dogs are also resident.

When is the best time to visit the Linyanti?

The Linyanti is spectacular all year round. The best time to see elephants in huge numbers is during the dry season, from May to October, while the best time to see the zebra migration is during the wet season, between February and April.
